Who we are
This website is run by Webpixo, Office F13b, Sabichi House, 5 Wadsworth Road, Perivale UB6 7JD. We are responsible for the personal information you send us through it. You can contact us about anything in this policy using the .
What we collect
When you fill in our quote form or contact form, we receive the details you give us. That means your name, email address and phone number, the service you are interested in, your answers to the quick questions, the page you sent the form from, and any message you add.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps basic server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type. These are used to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, so there is nothing to accept or turn off when you visit.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending them. To do this, Turnstile looks at technical information from your browser and device, such as your IP address. Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policy, which you can read at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. We use it only to protect our forms and our inbox from spam.
How we use your details
We use them to reply to your enquiry or message, talk through what you need and, where you ask for one, send you a quote. We do this because you asked us to, and because it is a step you have requested before any agreement between us. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.
Who sees them
Only the Webpixo team. We never sell or rent your details. Our website hosting and email provider stores the information on our behalf so the forms can work, and it is not allowed to use it for anything else.
How long we keep them
We keep enquiry details for 24 months after we last spoke, unless you become a client. After that we delete them. If you would like them deleted sooner, just ask.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Send us a request through our and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
